My work sits at the intersection of procurement, planning, and analytics. I lead initiatives end to end — from diagnosing root-cause supply risk, to negotiating supplier terms, to building the dashboards that keep leadership ahead of it.
I care about making the number right before making it pretty. A forecast nobody trusts is worse than no forecast at all. For complex, cross-functional problems, progress comes from relationships with suppliers and stakeholders as much as it does from the model itself.
